Mrs. Chaurasia has a rich experience in sales and finance, she contributes to the company's growth through acquisitions in financial reporting structure, developing internal control framework. She has helped us implement new leveraging arrangements to fund acquisitions & capital investment. Currently, she oversees CSR initiatives, including eye camps and related activities.

While Mr. Choudhary’s expertise lies in manufacturing, quality, R&D, and compliance. His two decades of experience has given us a great quality audit system, which is capable of withstanding any regulatory inspection. He has developed a robust quality audit system and effectively managed outsourcing for production capacity. In his 15 years as a senior manager, he has successfully expanded operational capacities for numerous manufacturing facilities.

Known for her strengths in aligning employees' aspirations with company goals, Mrs. Chaurasia heads the human resource department of our company. She is an executive member of the board of directors.

She has comprehensive experience in the pharmaceutical field.With her impeccable skills, she has helped establish a central human resource practice, a grading structure, a performance evaluation process and the group bonus scheme.

One of the youngest professionals of the GrowMed team, Mr. Pushpam Chaurasia is the executive managing director with a specialisation in marketing. So far, he has established operational excellence at an extensive scale and is currently working to identify new business opportunities, while facilitating operational enhancements. His strengths lies in team building & meeting organisational goals and now he is paving a new path to steer the company to a new horizon.
